When I read the bible verses of today (Numbers 4), I remember the 1 Chronicles 24 and 25. In 1 Chronicles 24 and 25, king David commanded the Levites to serve in the temple (not exactly the Temple that Solomon built, but the temporary structure in Jerusalem). In Numbers 4, it can be seen that Moses received direct instructions from God to allocate the duties to the Aaron and the Levites. But what impressed me is that king David followed similar arrangement in his time for the Levites to serve in the temple. No wonder why God loved David so dearly. It is because David had his heart towards God and he arranged the Levites just as Moses did.
