As I am praying for renewal and true revival I am encouraged by this account of Elisha raising the boy of the Shunamite woman from the dead. I am also encouraged that if we will stay with God and continue to look to Him we will receive power that He alone can send.
May the Lord give us boldness to proclaim the gospel to EVERY creature in this world. Let us not be afraid to acknowledge and obey the one true God.

I had similar thoughts, Tabitha. The Shunamite woman was not going to settle for less than Elisha himself. So, we, shouldn’t settle for less than God Himself and the true abundant life that only He can give! This was a cool group of readings. I forgot how much I liked Elisha’s stories!
